How I work

01 / ABOUT ME

A business perspective.
A human approach to innovation.

Before suggesting a tool, I want to understand what is happening.

My career has taken more than one path. I have worked in international digital business, started a business and managed operations, then expanded my skills into web development and data analysis. This combination helps me understand both what an organisation needs and what people experience when using its services.

Listening, asking the right questions and explaining things clearly are part of my work. I enjoy identifying friction, clarifying needs and bringing together people who can address them. Technology adds value when it responds to a concrete problem.

02 / MY STORY

Different places.
A broader perspective.

Living and working abroad has taught me to adapt, communicate and understand different ways of doing things.

How I work

Listen

Understand people before looking for solutions.

I want to understand the experience of people using a service and the needs of the team delivering it. Listening, asking questions and observing can uncover difficulties that do not always appear in a report.

My starting point is to bring together different perspectives, clarify expectations and translate what I hear into specific needs. This helps technology address a real situation and gives people a role in the change.

What makes your work harder, and what would make your day easier?

How I work

Analyse

Move from seeing what happens to understanding why.

I organise information to distinguish symptoms, causes and consequences. I look at the steps in a process, repeated tasks and friction that affects both people and outcomes.

I combine a business perspective with the available data and each team’s context. I aim to prioritise thoughtfully: which problem deserves attention, what we know about it and what needs checking before suggesting a solution.

Where is time lost, what repeats, and what evidence do we have?

How I work

Connect

Bring people, business and technology closer together.

A good idea needs the people involved to understand each other. I look for connections between service users’ needs, teams’ knowledge and the possibilities offered by technology.

My business and international background helps me listen to different perspectives and adapt my communication. I enjoy translating needs into a shared language, clarifying responsibilities and supporting collaboration across teams.

Who needs to be involved for the solution to make sense?

How I work

Improve

Turn what we learn into a useful next step.

I propose practical improvements that fit the problem: simplifying a step, clarifying information, reorganising a task or exploring a tool. Innovation can also mean making everyday activities easier.

I prefer to start with a concrete proposal, discuss it with the people involved and review what works. I always distinguish an idea, a prototype and an implemented solution; learning at each step is part of continuous improvement.

What change can we try, and how will we know if it helps?
